OneShopSYNC's standard monthly service is currently on sale for $99.95 per month (locked-in), and the sale ends December 31, 2024. The regular price for standard monthly service is $199.95. For pricing on enterprise service, including API customization, please contact our team.
To signup to OneShopSYNC, simply go to the pricing page, add the monthly subscription service to your shopping cart and checkout. After your purchase, our team will email or call you to start the onboarding process.
It will take our team about 10 business days to completely onboard most accounts. Your team will not need to dedicate much time or effort for the onboarding process, aside from an initial consulatation and testing before finalizing the installation.
First we'll book a consulatation call to discuss the specifics of your Shopify store and OnePageCRM usage. Then your team will need to provide us with the necessary account access to prepare OnePageCRM for testing. Before "going live" we test the OneShopSYNC connection in a test-CRM account, that way you can preview the test-CRM before we install OneShopSYNC in your live CRM. This allows you to see the service in action, and allows us to ensure the final installation will be smooth as normal.
We'll need limited access to Shopify and full access to OnePageCRM during the setup period, and then no further access after the installation. Once OneShopSYNC is installed, it will continue to run in the background, syncing customer and order data, as long as you stay subscribed to the Monthly Service.
Before You Signup
No. OneShopSYNC is designed to work only with OnePageCRM and Shopify. OneShopSYNC is a powerful and essential web app if you have both Shopify and OnePageCRM accounts, but if you use another shopping platform or CRM, then OneShopSYNC is not right for you.
OneShopSYNC will not work with other CRM platforms, like Salesforce, HubSpot CRM, Zoho CRM or Pipedrive. Or with shopping platforms, like Magento, WooCommerce or Wix eCommerce.
It's an easy process that will probably take your team about 3 hours total, spread out over 2 weeks. Your team will not need to dedicate much time or effort for the onboarding process, aside from an initial consulatation (1 hour), sharing platform access (30 minutes) and testing and training before the final installation (1-2 hours).

Below is a complete list of the standard data synced by OneShopSYNC. If you don't want some items to sync (for example, the SMS marketing status), then it's no problem and that data can be excluded. Simply inform our team during the onboarding consultation of any data you DO NOT want synced to OnePageCRM.

Yes, after your OneShopSYNC service starts, the app will transfer all previous customer and order data from Shopify to OnePageCRM. Even if you have many years worth of data in Shopify, all the order and customer data will transfer once OneShopSYNC is activated. This will ensure all the historic customer and order data from Shopify is conveniently available in OnePageCRM. In addition, our onboarding process will allow you to review a demo-version of your OnePageCRM account before the final activation; this way you are able to view and test OneShopSYNC in action before the final installation.
OneShopSYNC works seamlessly in OnePageCRM no matter how large your sales team. Whether you have only one CRM account, or 100 CRM accounts, OneShopSYNC will collect and send the relevant data from Shopify to OnePageCRM.
For example, if you have a sales rep who is a "focused user" in OnePageCRM, they will only see their own Deals (not all the Deals). The Deals will show up in their assigned CRM contacts, and in addition they will be able to see their Deals in the Pipeline and Activity pages in OnePageCRM.
In another example, if you have a team manager who has access to all the CRM accounts, they will see all the Deals for all the team members. In addition they will be able to see all the Deals in the Pipeline and Activity pages in OnePageCRM.
Using OneShopSYNC
OneShopSYNC is continually syncing in the background every 10 minutes, so any changes made to a customer account or updates to an order will automatically be pushed through to OnePageCRM during the next sync (10 minutes). Order status (like fulfilled or delivered) will update to OnePageCRM as the order makes its way to the customer. An order that is refunded or cancelled will show up as being "Lost" (not Won) in OnePageCRM and will not be counted in the monthly total for sales.
Shopify orders are synced to OnePageCRM as "Deals" and can be found in each customer account under the Deals section, as well as on the Action Stream and Pipeline. The total amount spent by each customer is tallied and added automatically to their Deals section.
Yes, so long as the contact uses an email addres in Shopify that is listed as one of their emails in OnePageCRM, the accounts will sync and any contact information or orders will be automatically synced.
OneShopSYNC relies on email to connect Shopify accounts with OnePageCRM accounts. So long as your OnePageCRM contact has the email listed in their account, OneShopSYNC will search for, and match the emails, resulting in a paired and synced account with Shopify and OnePageCRM.
For example: if you have Bob Smith in OnePageCRM with the email bob@smith.com, and then Bob creates a Shopify account and order using the same email bob@smith.com, OneShopSYNC will recognize the email and sync Bob's Shopify account with his OnePageCRM account. Once synced, all of Bob's contact and order data will be available in OnePageCRM and continuously updated anytime Bob is active in his Shopify account, or anytime his Shopify order is active and shipping.
The "Status" of a OnePageCRM account is a variable located within the OnePageCRM platform. OneShopSYNC does change the Status when an account places an order in Shopify, toggling the Status between a Prospect and a Customer. However, this feature does not need to be activated in all OneShopSYNC accounts and you can disucss this aspect with our team during your onboarding consultation.
Please note: Standard settings for OneShopSYNC rule that accounts in Shopify are given a OnePageCRM Status of "Prospect" and when they place an order the Status updates to "Customer."
Yes, you can always run OneShopSYNC manually to do a "Hard SYNC" on a Shopify contact or order. That way, if you need to merge contacts in OnePageCRM, you can simply do a Hard SYNC using their email, or Shopify or OnePageCRM account number.
The bottom line is that with OneShopSYNC, you can always have a second chance at syncing or sending your data. Even if a customer with dozens of orders was deleted in OnePageCRM, you can easily send all their data from Shopify back to OnePageCRM to "rebuild" the account. Some data not associated with OneShopSYNC (like emails, calls or notes) would still be lost, but any data that is in Shopify (like contact information or orders) can be recovered and re-synced using OneShopSYNC.
Canceling OneShopSYNC
You can cancel OneShopSYNC at anytime, but most likely you'll want to continue the service because of the powerful and efficient benefits. However, in the event you do want to cancel, all the data pushed through to OnePageCRM will remain, including contacts and orders, unless you choose to delete those Custom Fields or Deals in OnePageCRM.
Simply contact us and let us know you'd like to cancel your service. There are no contracts so you can cancel your service at anytime. Upon cancellation, we will reach out to you to verify and ensure the off-boarding process is smooth. After cancellation, your service will be terminated and your data will be deleted from OneShopSYNC database. If you keep the Deals and Custom Fields in OnePageCRM, that data will remain in your OnePageCRM, even without the OneShopSYNC connection (but no new data will be sent). Please contact our team if you have any questions.
